Can I see a sample schedule?

What is a journal session?
​
AIT has created a series of in-depth custom journal booklets for your students ages pre-teen and older. Our mentors lead a guided journal session to inspire, motivate and uplift your dancers. For your junior and mini dancers, we will present either a journal page or a vision board creation session. All supplies provided by AIT.
What is Coffee Magic?
​
This is a moment for your studio parents & staff to be inspired! Created by Robert Schultz, this session provides insight on developing a more positive and uplifting environment within your dance community. Coffee/Tea provided by AIT.
What if I want a specific instructor to come to my studio?
​
If you have one of our amazing instructors in mind, just ask! We do our absolute best to accommodate all faculty requests, but bookings depend entirely on the availability of our team.

How many students do I need to register?
​
We can work with studios of all sizes, but ask for a minimum guarantee of 25 students per event. This ensures we're able to bring the highest quality faculty members and provide an unforgettable in-studio experience. If you do not have 25 students attending, your total payment will still be equal to the cost of 25 total students.
What is your refund policy?
​
Life happens, we understand.
​
Cancel your event six weeks prior to your scheduled dates to receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). You may also opt for a credit to a future event, and your deposit can be applied to a future event.

If you need to reschedule for any reason, simply contact us as early as possible.

Should your event be cancelled by AIT for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

What scholarships are provided?
​
AIT has partnered with several industry leading conventions, competitions, festivals and organizations to provide your students with generous scholarship awards at each event! Several students from each class level will receive scholarship awards, selected by our attending faculty. Scholarships are awarded during the showcase to wrap up the weekend.
